We define a composite as any combination of an inert material (fabric or powder) and some form of binder. The binder may be Phenolic, Isocyanate, polyester or some other polymer. The inert material may be fiberglass, cotton fiber or friction material.

The molding temperatures range from ambient to over 400F.

The final products range from brake linings to boat hulls.

As you can imagine with this range of processes it is a perfect environment for a company with a great deal of flexibility and technical expertise. We product a complete line of mold releases for all types of composites.
